Pre-made purses will be shipped within 3 business days. Special order, or unmade purses will take 7-10 days to assemble. Longer times during holiday season.

When customer supplies the record all shipping is the responsibility of the customer (you can use media mail)
If you are unsatisfied with a product and it cannot be resolved. I will refund your payment (minus shipping) after the item has been returned in the same condition it was received.
If you need something faster please contact me and we can work out another shipping option.
All record purses will be compressed flat for ease and safety during shipping, when you receive your purse, you may pack the inside with some paper to help it retain its shape faster.
